Shop1 currently ships within the United States.
Shipping options and charges
- Standard shipping: $8 USD.
- Free Standard shipping: orders of $70 USD or more.
- Express shipping: $15 USD.
Available options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Order value thresholds are calculated before shipping and any applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timing varies by destination, carrier, product availability, and the selected shipping method. Any delivery date shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or in tracking information is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact CS@1-commerce.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact CS@1-commerce.com with your order number and relevant details. For damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos when applicable.
