Standard shipping is $8 USD, or free on orders of $70 USD or more. Express shipping is $15 USD. Available options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery timing varies by destination, carrier, and the selected shipping method. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate.

Can I create an account?

Yes. Customer accounts are optional. You can shop without an account or create one to view eligible account and order information.

How do I request a return?

Please review the Refund Policy and email CS@1-commerce.com before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for your request. If the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and destination.
